The weekly digest is summary email available in our Parent Portal offering that includes the following personalized content for each recipient:
- New blog postings from the last week
- New Gallery photos from the last week
- Upcoming calendar and sign-up events
The content of each weekly digest email sent will be personalized to the recipient based on the recipient's filter selection in the Blog/Gallery pages and the recipient's individual calendar events.
The weekly digest is a great way to keep parents and staff in the loop while reducing the number of individual email messages. Instead of sending email updates, you can create blog postings that will get picked up in the weekly digest email so that users will receive a single email with all the new blog postings from the week.
