Sending a Message - Staff or Admin Members

1. Click Messaging on the menu. 

2. Click the  button. 

3. The following window will appear. 

4. Select Email or Dashboard

Email will send an email message to all recipients.

Dashboard will go to the announcements section of the dashboard, and will only be visible to the recipients.

5. Select Immediately or Scheduled. 

6. Select recipients in the To: field.

You can select an combination of individuals, groups, classrooms, or special groups.  The list of recipients will not be visible to the individual receiving the email.

7. Click in the big white box and create your message.  Feel free to use stylized text, images, or links.

8. Click  to see what your message will look like. 

9. Click  to send your message.
